Q. Why does my confirmation of payment say TOGs Calendar?
A. The website you are ordering from is the TOGs Calendar site, and our confirmation mentions TOGs Calendar Merchandise, however, the item(s) that you clicked on and was (were) shown in your basket are those that were ordered and it is not necessarily a calendar, unless you ordered one.
Q. Why did I not receive a confirmation from yourselves?
A. TOGs Calendar is run by a few volunteers, and is not set up as a commercial enterprise. If you received a confirmation email from WorldPay then rest assured we will have your order.
Q. What if I did not receive a confirmation email at all?
A. This could be due to the fact that the wrong email address was input when you completed your order, or the order may not have been successful. If you received on-screen confirmation, check with us at the email address below to ensure we received the order. If you did not receive on-screen confirmation of your order it is unlikely to have been successful. Please resubmit your order. If for some reason you mistakenly order twice, we can, and will, refund the purchase in total if you inform us.
Q. Why does WorldPay not accept my credit card?
A. We have no control over the payment system through WorldPay. They use standard verification through the banking system to authorise payments. Common problems we have seen are wrong card number entered when trying to order, full name or address not matching those shown on bank or credit card statement (a house name added to the address which is not shown on the statement, or just initials entered instead of full name for instance) or the expiry date or security number entered incorrectly. Please take care when entering the payment card details. If all else fails you can order by post at the address shown below.
Q. I am unsure of ordering by Internet, can I order by post?
A. Yes, you can order through TOGs Calendar, PO Box 695, Newport, South Wales, NP20 4ZU. Please remember to include your name and address and details of the items required. You can download a Postal order form from our shopping page. PLEASE make cheques payable to "TOGs Calendar" as the Building Society will not accept any other payee.
Q. Can I send you my card details for an order by post?
A. No, we cannot accept payment by card through the post. We can only accept cheques for payment.
Q. When can I expect my goods?
A. Our website states you will receive items within 28 days of order. With rare exception we deliver within the given timescale. Once again we wish to point out our distribution is done by volunteers, but we do our very best to make sure you receive the goods ordered in the timescale stated, but we beg your patience within that time.
Q. I ordered multiple items, why have I only received one of them?
A. We do use different volunteers for the delivery of items, so they may arrive at different times. Also, our Polo Shirts and Fleeces are embroidered to order, and may take longer to arrive than other items.
Q. I need to order an item for a special occasion, can you guarantee delivery by a specific date?
A. With most items this may be possible, however we do need a little bit of notice to be able to react quickly. The exception may be the Polo Shirts and Fleeces, which are embroidered to order, and unless we have some in stock (rare these days with the number ordered!) these will take two to three weeks to deliver.
Q. I am unsure of the size of Polo Shirt or Fleece I require, can I buy two sizes and return the one I don’t need?
A. We do not have a running stock of Polo Shirts and Fleeces, and we order them from our supplier based on those ordered by our customers. There are sizes shown on our shopping pages, can you please measure the Polo Shirt or Fleece size required and only order that size.
Please be patient within that 28 day period from placing your order.
